VANCOUVER, Wash. — Freshman Mark Dotson and senior Ebony Harding were the fastest finishers Saturday for Xavier University of Louisiana in the 2009 NAIA Men’s and Women’s Cross Country National Championships at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site.
