Alcohol Consumption and Excersize

Did anyone see/hear the news story about research once again suggesting that limited consumption of alcohol combined with excersize reduced heart attacks (or something having to do with heart problems, circulation)?

Don't know if I saw the same story you are referring to, but I have seen news stories about the benefits of red wine can provide to the heart. Of course we should not over do it.
