I heard the show Saturday and he sounded like he didn't want to go.
he got choked up. In fact his announcement was a surprise to his co-host Coach Smith.

GD I got choked up because of the memories and good times I have had with Jaguar Journal.Trust me I was ready to go.It was strictly a business decision on my part. Coach Smith knew eventually this time was coming, he just did not think it would happen this soon.
